Terms and Conditions
Room Rates
Please note that all rates quoted are on a per room, per night basis in Singapore dollar.
Guest room rates are applicable 2 days prior to and 2 days after the event official dates of 4 February to 15 February for the given room categories only. Any request for rooms of different categories or out of the allotment is subject to room availability in whichever categories and different room rates at the discretion of the Hotel.
Check-in Time
After 3:00 pm on day of arrival. The Hotel will make considerable effort to accommodate early arrivals. Should delegates wish to occupy the room before 3:00 pm, placing a reservation covering the night before is recommended.
Check-out Time
12:00 noon on day of departure. Late check-out till 6:00 pm is at the applicable day use rates (S$80.00) and check-out after 6:00 pm is at full day charge, subject to room availability.
Reservation Guarantee
All reservations must be guaranteed by a one-night room rate advance deposit or by use of a major credit card. For credit card guarantee, the Hotel requires written information to include the name of the cardholder as it appears on the card, the card number, card expiry date and signed authorisation by the card holder. Guaranteed reservations will be held until noon on the following day of the confirmed arrival date. Please see Reservation Form and Credit Card Confirmation Form.
No Show
Should there be a no-show for confirmed reservations, a one night room charge will be levied as no-show charge. Space for subsequent nights will be released for resale.
All non-guaranteed reservations will be subject to availability of rooms on the date of scheduled arrival.
Individual Cancellation
Should there be a cancellation for confirmed reservations within 30 days of arrival, a one night room charge will be levied as a cancellation charge.
Prohibition of Smoking
Under the Smoking (Prohibition in Certain Places) Act, smoking is prohibited in air-conditioned restaurants, function rooms, gymnasiums and fitness centres.
