 On
behalf of the members of the Catamaran Club and the Nouméa community,
I extend a warm welcome to all competitors, officials and spectators
to our paradisiac island New Caledonia.
The 15th Hobie 16 Worlds will be the biggest sailing regatta ever held
in New Caledonia and we are quite proud to be involved, dedicated club
volunteers and I, will do our best to host the event and try to make
this regatta a success. Many thanks to our sponsors without which nothing
could be done, The New Caledonian Congress, The South Province, Nouméa
City Hall, Air Calédonie International and of course AIR FRANCE French
airlines.
Once again welcome, and in the best Hobie tradition, sail fast and party
hard.
