Online Entry

Entering for the event is a two-step process - fill out the following online entry form, and then providing payment to the IHCA. Note that this is not an Official Entry until payment is received by the IHCA.

After completing this online entry form, you will be given the option of either paying online via secure credit card payment, or by printing the document and forwarding payment by fax or normal mail service. Please have your credit card ready if you plan to pay by online credit card.
